Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life. This position offers the unique opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing tailored care and building meaningful therapeutic relationships. ⸻

Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services as outlined in the patient's care plan under the direction of the Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to promote recovery Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Travel to patient homes within the designated service area ⸻

Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous home health experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills A compassionate and professional demeanor
