Description Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time | Pediatrics | Middleburg, FL Join Great Strides Rehabilitation , an H2 Health company, where every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing pediatric team. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinics offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming, allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties and provide exceptional patient-centered care. Your Role Physical Therapist (PT): Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges. Develop individualized plans of care and adjust interventions based on patient progress. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote functional independence and developmental success. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Deliver individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist. Support children and families through engaging, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
For Both Roles:
Document patient progress accurately and timely. Educate caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress. Foster a positive, engaging, and child-centered therapy environment. Collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver outstanding outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.
