Mon - Fri (No Weekend, Night) Position Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative multidisciplinary pediatric clinic in Northern Virginia. The PTA will provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping pediatric patients improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional skills. Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions within the PTA's scope of practice.
• Assist pediatric patients with mobility, balance, coordination, strength, and functional development.
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatment.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Provide patient-centered care based on each child's developmental and functional needs. Qualifications
• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
• Current Virginia PTA license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred. Benefits
