Job Summary:

The staff licensed physical therapist assistant examines and treats patients/clients; performs all necessary paperwork; and works with evaluating physical therapist in maintaining communication with patients/clients, patient/client family, caregiver and physician and contract site staff; and other diverse duties as requested or required. Education and/or

Experience Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Licensure according to state regulations. Valid Driver's license. Basic Life Support certification necessary.
