$29-$35 Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking to make a real difference in patients' lives? As part of our team, you'll work alongside supportive clinical professionals to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes in the comfort of their homes. What You'll Do As a valued member of our clinical team, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing hands-on physical therapy treatments following the established plan of care Helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities Assisting with transfer techniques and prosthetic/orthotic training Utilizing therapy modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, electricity, and massage Monitoring patient progress and communicating changes to the care team Educating patients on the safe use of assistive devices (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, etc.) Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Wisconsin Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program Successful completion of the national PTA exam Valid driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care Why Join Us?
