Who We're Looking For We're seeking PTAs who: Provide outstanding, patient‑centered care Thrive working independently with strong team support Communicate clearly and professionally Are interested in full‑time opportunities in the Madison region At PRN Home Health & Therapy, you'll be supported by a collaborative team that values communication, flexibility, and high‑quality care. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Wisconsin PTA license/certification Current American Heart Association CPR certification Key Responsibilities Deliver Physical Therapy treatments according to the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and assist with obtaining patient‑specific DME (mobility aids, wheelchairs, cushions, orthotics, adaptive equipment, etc.) Maintain accurate daily treatment records and progress notes as directed by the Physical Therapist Work with the Physical Therapist and clinical team to educate patients and caregivers on safe discharge planning Why Join PRN Home Health & Therapy?
