Oct 1(7am•3(7am) or Oct 1(7am•5(7am). Flat rate per day 24 hour call

Support Staff:

APP first assisting not available, scrub techs available in OR for case completion Patients per day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day, minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day
