This advanced practice provider will deliver high-quality medical care through telehealth and telemedicine platforms, focusing on patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical treatment knowledge, diagnostic evaluation, and electronic health records management, with experience in pain management preferred. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as athenaOne is highly desirable. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, including prescribing medications and interpreting diagnostic tests. Duties Conduct patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluation and interpretation of diagnostic tests. Work will be performed part-time on Tuesdays and Thursdays in office from 9AM to 5PM. Manage electronic health records (EHR) using systems such as athenaOne or similar platforms. Provide medical treatment and prescribe medications within the scope of practice, utilizing telehealth and telemedicine technologies. Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Perform diagnostic evaluations to support accurate diagnosis and effective treatment strategies. Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record system. Deliver care through online platforms, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Stay updated on current medical practices relevant to pain management and telehealth services. Requirements Certification as a Physician Assistant with valid licensure to practice in the respective state or region. Proven experience as an advanced practice provider, preferably in pain management or related fields. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems; experience with athenaOne is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical treatment protocols, diagnostic evaluation, and medication prescribing practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members. Experience working in telehealth or telemedicine environments is highly desirable. Ability to interpret diagnostic tests accurately and incorporate findings into patient care plans. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care through remote healthcare platforms. Pay:
