09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description Benefits Competitive compensation Supportive, collaborative work environment Paid time off Opportunity to work alongside experienced interventional pain management specialists Job Summary NeuroInterventional Pain Management (NIPM) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). This position will provide care at both our Monroe and Allen Park, Michigan office locations. As a Physician Assistant, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care within our interventional pain management practice. You will evaluate patients, obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, review diagnostic studies, develop treatment recommendations, educate patients about their conditions, and collaborate closely with our physicians to provide individualized care plans. Whether you are an experienced PA or a recent graduate eager to learn, we welcome candidates who are committed to providing outstanding patient care and building meaningful relationships with patients. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations Obtain and document complete medical histories Review and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and laboratory results Develop assessment and treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Michigan licensing requirements and practice protocols Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure continuity of care Qualifications Current Michigan Physician Assistant license NCCPA certification Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Excellent bedside manner with a patient-centered approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or a related specialty is preferred, but not necessary Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred Compensation Compensation is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
