Providers work independently as the sole clinician, managing acute and episodic conditions, performing procedures, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts weekly with rotating weekends, no on-call duties, and flexible self-scheduling. Compensation ranges from $65

75/hour plus incentives, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.

Qualifications include NC licensure, BLS/ACLS, and preferred urgent care or emergency medicine experience. Opportunities for growth include training, mentorship, and shifts across multiple locations within a growing network.
