Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Clinic - Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity An established Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic, and community-oriented Practitioner who values collaboration, flexibility, and true work-life balance. Join a supportive team of three full-time physicians and two full-time allied health professionals serving a regional population of approximately 35,000 residents in a welcoming rural community. Compensation & Benefits Competitive total compensation starting at $142,500+ Strong base salary Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually $20,000 commencement bonus $8,000 annual CME allowance (licensing, dues, subscriptions) plus paid CME time Student loan assistance Hospital employment model Full benefits package including 401(k) match and paid malpractice coverage Practice Details Outpatient clinic, Monday-Friday Four 10-hour days per week Recently expanded 96,000 sq. ft.

5 operating rooms 2 endoscopy suites (convertible to additional OR space) 15 pre/post-op rooms 7-bed PACU Level IV Trauma Center
EPIC EMR
