Position Highlights Multidisciplinary Collaboration emphasized on elder care Call structure: None required Practice setting: Outpatient with AI Suki available Relationship-First Care with longer time slots per visit Work-life balance with a 4.5 day workweek Responsibilities Provide direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services under the supervision of a physician. Obtain patient history and performs assessment. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic procedures. Provide and document direct treatment and management of health conditions. Provide counseling and education of patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources. Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and care. Registration:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Verified by local credentialing office.

Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
