Job Description

A well-established healthcare facility in northwestern Washington is looking for a Board-Certified Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PA who wants a strong work-life balance, competitive compensation, and the chance to work alongside an experienced orthopedic surgeon.
The Opportunity Schedule:
4-day workweek, 10-hour day shifts
Call:
1:3 beeper call rotation
Patient Volume:
Approximately 20-25 patients per day
Specialty:
General orthopedics, joint replacement & trauma
EMR:
Meditech Support:
Work directly with an orthopedic surgeon
Experience:
2+ years preferred
Certification:
Must be Board Certified What You'll Do Evaluate and examine new patients Develop treatment plans Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing Coordinate and plan surgical procedures Assist the orthopedic surgeon with hospital rounds Provide high-quality care across a variety of orthopedic cases Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + RVU opportunity Sign-on bonus Medical malpractice coverage including tail Established orthopedic practice and physician support 4-day workweek Why Northwestern Washington?
