We blend primary care, wellness services, and aesthetic treatments to support patients in feeling and looking their best. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice a mix of primary care, wellness, and aesthetic medicine. Prior aesthetics experience is welcome but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care in a primary care and wellness setting Perform patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical exams in Med spa and outside facilities. Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and treatment options Perform aesthetic services such as injectables and other treatments (training provided if needed) Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient care Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations Requirements Current Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) license in Washington State Active DEA registration or ability to obtain Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Patient-focused, professional, and detail-oriented Interest in wellness and aesthetic medicine Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Everyone encouraged to apply — training and mentorship available Schedule Part-time or full-time options available Flexible scheduling
