Position Highlights $141,000-$155,000 annual base salary Additional productivity and patient satisfaction incentives $15,000 sign-on bonus Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance $50,000 student loan repayment assistance Full-time, 40-hour workweek Monday-Friday schedule 34 patient care hours + 6 administrative hours per week

Dedicated clinical support staff Bilingual medical assistants available for patient support and translation What You'll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in a community health setting Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse and medically underserved populations Build long-term relationships with patients and support continuity of care Collaborate with clinical support staff and multidisciplinary team members Utilize EPIC for documentation and care coordination Support preventive care, patient education, and improved access to healthcare Provide compassionate, culturally responsive care while helping reduce barriers to health and well-being Qualifications Nurse Practitioner Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Washington State licensure or eligibility for licensure Physician Assistant Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Current Washington State licensure or eligibility for licensure Candidates should have a passion for community and family medicine, patient-centered care, and serving medically underserved populations.
