Job Description

Join a Community Health Center in Benson, Arizona as a Locums Family or Internal Medicine Physician providing patient-centered outpatient care. This flexible opportunity suits physicians experienced in adult medicine who value high-quality, community-focused practice.

Position Details Schedule:

PRN, part-time, or full-time

Shifts:

Half-day or full-day options

Setting:

Community Health Center / outpatient adult medicine Patient volume: Approximately 3-4 patients per hour Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license and DEA registration Strong clinical judgment, bedside manner, and communication skills About Benson, Arizona Benson is a welcoming small town in southeastern Arizona, known for wide-open desert landscapes, railroad history, and easy access to outdoor attractions such as Kartchner Caverns and the San Pedro Riparian Area.
