Outpatient Model:

No inpatient duties, no rounding or hospital responsibilities

Integrated Team Support:

Work alongside APPs and administrative staff reducing documentation burden

Predictable Weekday Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-5 with no nights, weekends, or call

Compensation Package:

Guaranteed base salary plus sign-on bonus, relocation, CME, retirement, and malpractice coverage Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Comfortable treating children, adolescents, and adults Open to both early-career and experienced psychiatrists Interest in community-based, outpatient care Live and Work in Southwestern Arizona Enjoy over 300 days of sunshine in a region known for its relaxed pace and affordable living.
