Perform procedures including suturing, injection administration, phlebotomy, and basic aseptic techniques to support patient recovery and comfort. Participate in clinical research or clinical trials when applicable; collect data for quality improvement initiatives; interpret diagnostic tests including radiology reports and laboratory results. Qualifications Valid Physician Assistant license with current certification to practice in primary care settings. Demonstrated familiarity with

ICD-10/ICD-9

coding and CPT coding for billing purposes. Proven ability to perform physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and interpret diagnostic tests effectively. Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology concepts, and healthcare diagnosis protocols. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients on health coaching strategies and treatment options. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams under HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
