Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:

Salary Range:

$328,000 - $365,000/year (equivalent to approximately $157.69 - $175.48/hour) Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (W-2) Retirement plan with 403(b) match and 457(b) savings plan Paid malpractice insurance Paid sick leave in accordance with laws Relocation assistance (where applicable) CME allowance Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide OB/GYN care at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO Join a dynamic team of six physicians and four certified nurse midwives Establish a balanced practice with a 50/50 split between OB and GYN services Manage an average of 20 patients daily in outpatient clinics Perform obstetric and gynecological procedures, including surgical cases with access to two daVinci XI robotic systems Participate in call schedule (1:5), with CNM coverage most nights Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management Enjoy a supportive work environment focused on excellent patient care and teamwork

What You Need Required:

Board Eligible or Certified OB/GYN Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain one Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
