In this role, you'll provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for adult urologic conditions, perform office-based and minimally invasive procedures, and interpret diagnostics. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team using advanced technology, contribute to quality initiatives, and educate patients and families. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urologic care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urinary tract and male reproductive conditions Perform and assist with office-based procedures and minimally invasive interventions Interpret diagnostic tests such as urinalysis, imaging, and urodynamic studies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care Document care accurately in the electronic health record and ensure regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and patient safety initiatives Engage in continuing medical education and contribute to resident or staff training Required Skills Urologic examination and diagnosis Minimally invasive urologic procedures Cystoscopy Urodynamic testing interpretation Management of kidney stones and urinary tract disorders Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Patient and family education Clinical decision-making Infection control and patient safety Interdisciplinary care coordination
