Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and diagnoses Develop and implement patient management plans Perform necessary medical and minor surgical procedures Collaborate with nursing staff and specialists for patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions Follow emergency protocols and hospital policies Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Experience in an emergency medicine setting preferred Board certification in Emergency Medicine or eligibility Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Valid medical license and DEA registration Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
