Longer visits:

30-60 minute appointments to allow meaningful conversations and thoughtful care planning.

Team-based support:

work with Whole Health Coaches and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve outcomes.

A prevention-first approach:

emphasis on wellness and long-term health rather than throughput or volume.

Time and resources for growth:

2 weeks of paid CME each year plus a $2,500 annual CME stipend.

Competitive pay:

compensation range $200,801-$317,053.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty. Active, unrestricted Georgia license or ability to obtain prior to employment. Current DEA registration or ability to obtain. Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care and strong communication and collaboration skills. Primary care experience is preferred.
