Hilo, HI OPEN Job Description Job Description:
Any traveler not currently inpossession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance ofoffer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
General job duties.
Types of procedures required.
Coverage in Rehab and Acute RehabTo evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients either asOutpatient or Inpatient. Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physicaltherapy program as prescribed they the ordering physician. Regularly update treatment plan, homeexercise program, independently manage a full caseload, knowledgeable aboutwhen to perform re-evaluations based off insurance authorization. Must be able to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on hospital operations. Must have Hawaii license. Equipment utilized inthe department.
EMR Net Health Therapy and Meditech Required skills andminimum years of experience.
Minimum 2 years' work experience in the following settingsworking with adults (Outpatient and Acute) Specific licensuresand certifications/registrations required.
BLS from client Shift or schedulerequirements.
Day's Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

•All Travelers must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to start of assignment. This appointment will be scheduled at Hilo Employee Health and traveler must report. Please plan on having your traveler in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start so they can report to Employee Health Friday morning
