Our services include primary care, preventive medicine, in-house laboratory testing, diagnostic services, IV therapy, vitamin therapy, metabolic and weight management, men's and women's health, hormone services, allergy care, and other integrative wellness services. We are a growing, patient-focused practice looking for a physician who values both sound medical care and a whole-person approach to health. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate is a strong primary-care physician who is comfortable diagnosing and managing a broad range of medical conditions. You do not need to be an integrative-medicine specialist. We are looking for a physician who brings strong clinical judgment and traditional medical expertise while being willing to consider appropriate nutritional, lifestyle, preventive, and integrative approaches as part of a patient's overall care. This is an opportunity to practice medicine in a setting where conventional medicine and more natural approaches can work together when appropriate. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients. Perform medical histories, physical examinations, health assessments, and preventive screenings. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's medical needs and health goals. Prescribe and manage medications appropriately and in accordance with current medical standards. Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing. Utilize our in-house diagnostic capabilities when appropriate, including blood testing, EKG, ultrasound, and other available testing. Provide preventive healthcare and patient education. Manage common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disorders, respiratory conditions, infections, and other primary-care concerns. Provide men's and women's primary healthcare and appropriate preventive screenings. Evaluate patients' overall health and identify opportunities for lifestyle, nutritional, and preventive interventions. Coordinate patient care and referrals when specialty services are needed. Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record. Maintain appropriate clinical documentation, coding, and compliance with HIPAA and applicable Illinois medical regulations. Participate in a collaborative environment where traditional and integrative approaches to patient care are both valued. Qualifications Active Illinois MD or DO license. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty. Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or a similar clinical setting. Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing both acute and chronic medical conditions. Strong interest in preventive and whole-person healthcare. Interest or experience in nutrition, metabolic health, wellness, or lifestyle medicine is a plus. Practice Fusion experience is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with APNPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Additional language skills are welcome and valued. Retired Practitioners welcome.
