Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and community-focused Primary Care Physician to join our team at IU Health Primary Care-Hartford City.   • Full-time, outpatient primary care with 4- or 5-day work week options
  • Quickly build your practice with an established patient base
  • Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic disease management
  • Opportunity to perform screening colonoscopies
  • Ability to perform small office procedures (laceration repair, wart removal, I&D, etc.)
  • Shared after-hours call supported by a nurse triage system
  • Access to on-site and nearby services including: Outpatient lab, Pharmacy, Radiology, Physical and Occupational therapy
  • Opportunity to teach and mentor residents through the Family Medicine Residency Program at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital
