Job Description
Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and community-focused Primary Care Physician to join our team at IU Health Primary Care-Hartford City. - Full-time, outpatient primary care with 4- or 5-day work week options
- Quickly build your practice with an established patient base
- Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic disease management
- Opportunity to perform screening colonoscopies
- Ability to perform small office procedures (laceration repair, wart removal, I&D, etc.)
- Shared after-hours call supported by a nurse triage system
- Access to on-site and nearby services including: Outpatient lab, Pharmacy, Radiology, Physical and Occupational therapy
- Opportunity to teach and mentor residents through the Family Medicine Residency Program at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital

- Establish and manage a patient panel drawn from Hartford City and surrounding areas
- Use measurable quality-based data to improve patient outcomes and support population health

- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
