Family Med APP | 4-Day Workweek | Broad Scope | NHSC Loan Repayment Our five-fold facility that includes an 18-bed critical access hospital with attached FQHC, long-term care unit, dental clinic and mobile clinic is seeking an innovative and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team. Work Schedule:
Four (4) day clinic work week fluctuating between 7am to 4 pm, and 8am to 5pm Call schedule is approximately 1 in 4 weekday and weekend for ER Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to a diverse population of patients. Provide care for patients in the clinic, acute, emergency room and long-term care Potentially helping to expand our mobile outreach services Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program ? with a focus on family medicine/practice Board Certified Three years of professional experience in a clinic setting preferred but not required (will consider clinical rotations). About KRRC The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) partners with hospitals, private practices, community health centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and other organizations to help strengthen the health care workforce in rural and urban under resourced communities across the State. KRRC services are designed to assist Kansas communities in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, and behavioral health professionals. In addition to offering recruitment support for Kansas health care facilities and job search support to a variety of health care providers, the KRRC offers resources for CV/resume building, interview prep, and contract negotiation. Currently partnering with 55+ health care organizations, we serve as their initial point of contact and liaison in recruiting those seeking to serve in rural and urban underserved communities.
