Position Highlights Specialty:

Orthopedic Surgeon Open to experienced orthopedic surgeons or new graduates Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years of completing residency Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Candidate Skills:

Broad-based orthopedic surgery practice with a diverse mix of operative and non-operative cases.

Opportunity to perform procedures including:

Total joint replacement Reverse shoulder arthroplasty Complex fracture and trauma care Sports medicine procedures Knee reconstruction and ACL repair Foot and ankle surgery General Orthopedic Procedures Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests based on training and community need Collaboration with primary care providers, emergency medicine physicians, rehabilitation services, and specialty consultants Strong referral network throughout the St.

Schedule:

Full-time position (4 days per week) Balanced mix of clinic, surgical, and call responsibilities Dedicated operating room block time available, with opportunity for additional OR access based on volume and practice growth. •Moderate clinical roles are patient facing roles that require continual movement, including standing, walking, and lifting 20-50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling medical equipment and assisting with patient positioning. Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments. High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns. Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements. For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements.
