Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership for urgent care servicesOversee provider performance, engagement, and professional developmentLead quality improvement, patient safety, and operational initiativesSupport physician and APP recruitment and onboardingMonitor quality, financial, and patient experience metricsFoster a collaborative, high-performing culture

Qualifications:

MD or DOMassachusetts medical license or eligibility3-5+ years of clinical experiencePrior leadership experience preferredStrong skills in:

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $300,000
