Job Description
Cheboygan Campus FT/PT Hours:
Mondays +Tuesdays:
7 am-5 pm, Wednesdays +Thursdays:
8 am- 5 pm,
Fridays:
7 am-4 pmEmployed New Graduates Call Schedule:
No required call, but volunteers will be compensatedLoan Repayment Sign-On Bonus:
$25000Compensation:
$235,000 + productivity incentives- Signing bonus up to $25,000
- Relocation bonus up to $10,000

Requirements to be considered for this role include the following- Michigan state medical license
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license
- State of Michigan driver's license and valid automobile insurance
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
