Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid sick time and holidays Retirement savings plans CME allowance and tuition reimbursement Sign-on bonus (amount to be determined) Life and disability insurance Paid licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) What You'll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient EP services at Henry Ford hospitals and clinics Perform device implants, ablations, and other advanced EP procedures Participate in inpatient rounding and patient management Utilize Cerner EMR system (transitioning to Epic soon) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including EP cardiologists, surgeons, and advanced practice providers Contribute to teaching and mentorship within a teaching hospital setting Travel between practice locations as needed to cover various facilities Share call responsibilities with peers (2:1 ratio) What You Need Medical license in Michigan (active and unrestricted) Board certification in Cardiology and Electrophysiology Minimum 3 years of EP procedure experience Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach Ability to handle high-acuity cardiac cases in a Level I Trauma Center Ability to work well with a diverse team and community About the Assignment Join a dynamic Heart Rhythm Institute in Detroit, Michigan, part of a leading hospital system providing comprehensive cardiac care.
