We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Howell, Michigan. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to improve outcomes for post-acute and long-term care patients. You will lead clinical care in assigned facilities, working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered management and oversight.
Locations Primary:
