Family Medicine 4-

Day Week Upper Midwest Practice Highlights:

100% Outpatient Family Medicine 4-day workweek with excellent schedule flexibility Average volume of 14-16 patients per day Broad-spectrum Family Medicine across all ages Epic EMR with integrated behavioral health and onsite resources Optional procedures available based on interest/training

Compensation & Benefits:

Ideal Candidate:

Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine Comfortable with independent outpatient practice Interested in continuity-focused, community-centered care
