Job Description

An independent hospital in western Minnesota is looking to fill a traditional Family Medicine position. A flexible schedule and 7+ weeks of PTO allow you plenty of time to enjoy extraordinary outdoor activities including exceptional hunting and fishing. Position Highlights

Outpatient Primary Care with minor hospital and ER coverage
4-day work week
Moderate patient volume: 15-18 patients per day
Low volume 1:5 call rotation
Epic EMR Compensation
Base salary: $300,000 - $320,000
Six-figure recruiting incentives with sign-on and retention bonuses and more
Total earnings to $400,000+
7+ weeks of PTO, plus sick leave, and 5 CME days
Add Emergency Medicine call coverage for significant additional compensation Community
