Job Description

- Outpatient-Focused Practice with Inpatient and Nursing Home Opportunities
- 4 days per week in clinic with dedicated support from LPN/CMA with additional RN support for inbox and care coordination
- Hospitalist coverage 1 week out of every 3 (clinic schedule blocked for the first 2 hours each morning to allow inpatient rounds)
- No overnight call after 8 PM
- Opportunity for Nursing Home Medical Director leadership role Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary for 3-years
- $100,000 retention bonus
- $25,000 sign on bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- 8 weeks PTO
