In this locum tenens role, you will evaluate and treat adult patients with urologic conditions, perform surgical and procedural interventions, interpret diagnostic imaging and labs, and collaborate closely with hospital and clinic teams. Responsibilities include consults, call coverage, documentation in the EMR, and adherence to hospital protocols. Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient urologic care to adult patients Perform urologic surgeries and procedures as credentialed Conduct hospital and clinic consultations and manage follow-up care Interpret diagnostic imaging, labs, and urologic studies Document all encounters accurately in the EMR system Participate in call coverage per facility schedule Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and support staff Adhere to hospital policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements Coordinate patient transfers and referrals as needed Work effectively with Alumni Healthcare Staffing for scheduling and logistics Required Skills Urologic surgery and procedures Inpatient and outpatient urology management Diagnostic imaging and lab interpretation Cystoscopy and endoscopic skills EMR documentation Perioperative patient management Clinical decision-making Hospital consult and call management Multidisciplinary collaboration Knowledge of hospital protocols and compliance
