Job Description

Where Glens Falls Hospital Glens Falls, NY, United States Salary Range (Annual Salary) $250,000

$270,000 Description
Join a well-established and growing IP Palliative Care team of 2 FT/1 PT physicians and 2 FT APPs.
Schedule is full time, Monday-Friday with the option for a 4 day work week
Plans are underway for OP Palliative Care services to be added to our existing program
Support of a full spectrum Medical Group including Primary Care, Specialists and Hospitalist service colleagues
Access to Sub-Specialists through our health system partner Albany Medical Center
State-of-the-Art Hospital including the comprehensive C.R. Wood Cancer Center

System-wide Epic EMR
