• Full Benefits We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Optometrist to join our new, state-of-the-art practice located in the Peninsula Shopping Center in Hewlett, NY, in the heart of the Five Towns .

This is not your typical optometry position. We are building a beautiful, modern, high-end MD/OD practice designed for doctors who want to practice true full-scope optometry, combining comprehensive primary eye care with a strong emphasis on ocular disease and medical eye care.

PRACTICE FULL-SCOPE OPTOMETRY

Our doctors will have the opportunity to diagnose, manage, and co-manage a broad variety of patients, including:

• Glaucoma
• Diabetic eye disease
• Macular degeneration
• Retinal disease
• Dry eye & ocular surface disease
• Corneal conditions
• Cataract evaluations & co-management
• Pre- and post-operative care
• Red eye & urgent eye care
• Contact lenses
• Comprehensive primary eye care You'll see a diverse patient population and interesting pathology, allowing you to use your clinical training every day.
