Join our Team Parkview Physicians Group is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join the largest standalone multi-specialty facility in Archbold, Ohio. Specifics of Your Role as a Family Medicine Physician This position is full time

• minimum for 36 patient contact hours per week

Hours:

Monday 7:30am

• 8pm (extended hours) Tuesday
• Friday 7:30am
• 5pm Schedule offers flexibility such as the opportunity to do 4/10's or schedule a half day off during the week Expected volume for the provider is 100 patients / week Call schedule is 1:6
