Naturopathic Physician (ND) - Integrative Primary Care Independent Contractor | Part-Time or Full-Time | Ashland, Oregon Mederi Center in beautiful Ashland, Oregon is seeking an Oregon-licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND) to provide comprehensive integrative primary care to patients throughout Southern Oregon. There is a growing need in the Rogue Valley for primary care physicians, particularly physicians who can provide the accessibility and continuity of primary care while offering the thoughtful, whole-person approach that draws many patients to naturopathic medicine. This is a flexible, percentage-based independent contractor opportunity for an ND who wants to practice meaningful medicine within a well-supported, established integrative clinical environment. Whether you are bringing an established patient panel, looking to build one, transitioning from another practice setting, or returning to clinical practice after time away, we are interested in finding the right fit. An existing patient base is welcome but not required. Practice Primary Care Differently Mederi is not a typical medical clinic. Our Ashland clinic is designed to support thoughtful, relationship-based medicine rather than rushed, transactional patient interactions. Our practice model allows for longer, more comprehensive appointments and creates space for practitioners to know their patients and consider the full picture of each patient's health. You will provide comprehensive primary care while incorporating the tools and perspectives that make naturopathic medicine distinctive, including prevention, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, botanical medicine, and individualized whole-person care. Mederi has an experienced team of practitioners working within the Mederi Care® model , creating an established integrative environment and a community of clinical expertise. We are now looking for an ND who wants to develop and manage an ongoing primary care patient panel within that environment. What You'll Do This opportunity is specifically for an ND who is comfortable providing comprehensive primary care , including: Preventive and wellness care Acute and chronic condition management Ordering and interpreting laboratory testing Medication management and prescribing within Oregon scope Referrals and coordination with specialists and other providers Ongoing management of a primary care patient panel Patient education and shared decision-making Integration of naturopathic, nutritional, botanical, and lifestyle medicine Thoughtful management of both straightforward and complex health concerns We are looking for a physician who sees primary care as more than addressing the immediate complaint, someone who values continuity, prevention, clinical curiosity, and understanding the person behind the diagnosis. Mederi will initiate and manage credentialing for the insurance plans we participate with and support the administrative requirements associated with becoming an in-network provider. What You'll Need Current Oregon Naturopathic Physician license Experience providing comprehensive primary care Comfort managing an ongoing primary care patient panel Commitment to integrative, patient-centered medicine Strong communication and clinical relationship-building skills Minimum availability of two consistent days per week Willingness to participate with Mederi's accepted insurance plans Your own professional liability/malpractice insurance
