This is a brand new position and we are looking for a candidate that is energetic and motivated to build a naturopathic practice in a busy Chiropractic office. The office is located on the main strip in Keizer, OR; which is a part of the greater Salem area. The clinic operates out of a modern ~8500 Sq / ft building with a current provider count of four chiropractors and three massage therapists. There is a significant need for primary care services in the Salem area and we are wanting to help fill that need. The ideal candidate is a doctor who is confident in themselves and the services they provide. High levels of detail, organization, and self-direction are essential. Experience in the field is preferred however all candidates will be considered. This position is perfect for a doctor that has experience under their belt and wanting to launch into the next step of their career. As this is a brand new position, you will not be stepping into an existing ND patient base and will be expected to self-market internally and from time to time attend marketing activities to get your name into the community. The predominant marketing will be done by the Clinic at their expense. Back to Health Clinic sees a variety of patient types but predominant populations are general wellness and personal injury. We see a wide variety of other patient types and insurances including sports injuries, pre/antenatal, chronic pain, acute injuries, work injuries, etc. We are looking for a naturopath that is willing to see multiple types of patients and wants to specialize in direct primary care and injury care.
