Geisinger is seeking a patient-focused Family Medicine and/or Med-Peds Physician to join our innovative value-based care model, delivering high-quality, coordinated care across the continuum. In this role, you will partner with interdisciplinary teams to manage population health, improve outcomes, and drive preventive care initiatives. Job Duties:

Practice Overview and Schedule 100% outpatient practice 40-hour work week, including: 36 patient contact hours 4 administrative hours Clinic hours (subject to change):

Monday, Wednesday and Friday:

8:00 AM

PM Tuesday:

11:00 AM

PM Thursday:

8:00 AM

• 12:00 PM One evening shift per week required Shared call and weekend rotation required (rotated among providers
