(PCHS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Pittsburgh, PA!

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) About the Position The Family Medicine Physician will provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients and families in a community-based healthcare setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is committed to patient-centered care and making a meaningful impact in the community. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and family medicine services. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness services. Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing. Prescribe medications and treatments appropriately. Make referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers as needed. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, and other members of the healthcare team. Participate in quality improvement and other organizational initiatives. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. FQHC or community health center experience is preferred but not required.
