Job Description
Our client in Pennsylvania seeks a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a 21-day locum tenens assignment. This role features a 24-hour call schedule and encompasses hospital-based rounding, including performing diverse aortic surgery procedures, coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG), pericardial window procedures, tube thoracostomy, and managing thoracic aortic aneurysms. Responsibilities and Duties Perform hospital-based rounding Execute Aortic Surgery Procedures Conduct Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) surgery Perform Pericardial Window procedures Execute Tube Thoracostomy Manage Thoracic aortic aneurysms Additional Information Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is required. The EMR system utilized is Epic. The schedule includes 24-hour call from 7a-7a. This is an inpatient, hospital-based setting.
