Licenses/Certs:

PA Medical License, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, BLS certification, DEA required

Experience:

30+ years preferred; outpatient primary care experience in VA or community clinic setting

Pay & Benefits:
Pay Range:

$135

•$150/hour (Approx. $280,800

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to enrolled veterans, including diagnosis, treatment, and health education Manage patient care plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model Conduct routine health assessments, including basic women's health exams (training available) Ensure same-day access through face-to-face, telehealth, and phone visits Review test results, update care plans, and communicate effectively with patients and team members Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain documentation accuracy Act as a liaison between the clinic and the VA, adhering to federal and VA policies

What You Need:

Medical degree (MD or DO) Active Pennsylvania medical license Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Prescriptive authority Willingness to train in Women's Health exams BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred) Passing VA background check and compliance with all safety standards About the
