Job Title:
Physician (MD/DO) (Part time)Location:
Beaufort, SC 29902Shift:
Every Mon 6 HRS Key Responsibilities- Conduct intake evaluations, chronic care clinics, and urgent medical assessments.
- Review and prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, regulatory requirements, and correctional healthcare standards.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and nursing staff.
- Collaborate with facility leadership on healthcare operations, risk management, and policy implementation. Qualifications
- Experience in emergency medicine, family practice, correctional healthcare, or public health preferred.
- Physician (MD/DO): Graduate of an accredited medical/osteopathic school with an active,
- unrestricted South Carolina medical license
- DEA registration.
