Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8a-5p. One hour unpaid lunch
• Patients per day: 20

State Licensure:
South Carolina state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
