Urology in Cookeville, Tennessee Close to Nashville 4-Day Workweek Two Da Vinci XI Robots An established urology practice in Cookeville, Tennessee, is recruiting a board-eligible or board-certified Urologist to join a well-resourced team of three physicians and two APRNs. Situated just an hour east of Nashville, this position offers high procedural volume, modern surgical technology, and an efficient practice structure designed for work-life balance.
Practice Details:
Join a team of 3 urologists and 2 APRNs with dedicated MAs, nurses, and techs providing full clinical support Two Da Vinci XI robots, thermal lasers, and in-clinic X-ray, scopes, and vasectomy capabilities on site Open to general urology with flexibility for subspecialty interests Mid-level provider support to keep the workflow efficient
Schedule:
Four-day workweek with 2 OR days and 2 clinic days Call runs approximately 10 days per month
Compensation & Benefits:
Generous salary with RVU bonuses; relocation, sign-on, and loan assistance are all negotiable 6 weeks PTO, including vacation, CME, and holidays Retirement plan with employer matching and up to $2,500 annually for CME Full coverage for licensure, DEA, and professional dues with comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
