Accurately document encounters using EMR systems, adhering to HIPAA standards. Lead resuscitation efforts, maintain infection control, and provide discharge planning and patient education. Requirements include proven emergency medicine experience, proficiency with EHR systems, and familiarity with trauma centers and various specialties. Critical care experience and knowledge of medical coding are highly desirable.
