We are seeking an entrepreneurial physician to lead the launch of a new Direct Primary Care practice focused on prevention, wellness, and exceptional relationship-based care. What You'll Do As the founding physician, you will: Provide comprehensive primary care services for a diverse patient population Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling Partner with behavioral health and specialty providers to coordinate care Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives Help develop clinical workflows, care models, and patient experience standards Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction metrics Maintain timely documentation and uphold the highest ethical and HIPAA standards Collaborate with leadership to build systems that support long-term practice success and community impact Who You Are You are a physician who: Is passionate about prevention, wellness, and relationship-based care Thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment Values empathy, patient education, and shared decision-making Enjoys helping patients make sustainable lifestyle changes Is comfortable treating a broad range of acute and chronic conditions Brings leadership, innovation, and a desire to shape the future of primary care Wants a voice in designing how care is delivered rather than simply working within an established system Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Active Virginia medical license Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience (primary care preferred) Lifestyle Medicine certification or strong interest in lifestyle-focused care preferred Why This Opportunity Is Different This is more than a physician position.
